Her commitment to her career, her employees, and the assets/projects they support is unwavering. Her leadership, with a clear vision for change, emphasis on compliance and integrity, and encouragement for others to identify risk and creative solutions, has led to the development of top-quartile operating regions, implementation of corporate governance programs, advancement of governmental and regulatory initiatives, support for high-level financial initiatives, and creation of company-wide comprehensive employee development strategies.

Heidi’s commitment to community service is as strong as her dedication to her career.  She serves on the Board of Directors of the Hillsborough Community College Foundation and the Board of the American Red Cross of Tampa Bay.
